We will gladly refund or replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a
    gift credit for the value of your return.

3. Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, as per your preference. We may request photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product to assist in our assessment.

4. Dissatisfaction with the Product:

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit based on the circumstances. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with you to address any concerns.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made arrangements, may be non-refundable. We will communicate this information clearly during the ordering process. Perishable goods, including flowers, are also exempt from being returned.

6. Cancellation of Orders:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to our order processing timeline. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

7. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the approval of the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
